The KMLabs Arterium vacuum beamline modules are designed to bring the EUV photons from our XUUS high harmonic generation source to your experiment. These modules are designed to efficiently remove the high power IR laser light used to drive the HHG process and to filter, steer, and focus the EUV photons to your specific experimental setup / sample plane.
