New Class of MHz Repetition-rate Vacuum-ultraviolet Laser Source Based on Highly-cascaded Harmonic Generation

Highly-cascaded harmonic generation (HCHG) process allows for coherent upconversion of low, µJ energy ultrafast pulses to the vacuum ultraviolet. KMLabs’ development of the MHz Hyperion VUVTM, applications, and future prospects, are discussed.  Click below to replay co-founder / CTO Henry Kapteyn's talk at Frontier in Optics.
