At time of purchase:

Most customers can install and operate the Griffin lasers themselves. If you are new to femtosecond technologies, KMLabs offers the following options for our laser oscillator products:

KMLabs encourages the new laser oscillator user to visit our facilities in Boulder, Colorado for 1/2 day of free training on your new laser oscillator, just prior to shipment. Please contact KMLabs for details.

KMLabs also offers on-site installation services. If you would like a KMLabs representative to provide on-site installation and training within the USA and Canada, please initiate the visit with a $3000 purchase order. Installation will be charged $800/half day, 1 day minimum, plus travel and hotel. Other international please contact KMLabs.

Post-sales services & support:

Most Griffin support questions can be easily resolvedwith phone and/or email support. In the very unlikely event that remote assistance proves insufficient for your laser oscillator to achieve specs, KMLabs will suggest that you return it for re-alignment at our factory, and verification that all components are structurally and optically sound. In this case, customer will pay for shipping both ways. If the laser system is still under warranty, we will perform this test for $500, if a warranty-covered defect is not found; there will be no charge for this test if a warranty-covered defect is found.

If your laser oscillator is out of warranty, KMLabs also offers refurbishment services. Please contact KMLabs for details.

Return of components:

Please contact KMLabs for an RMA number before returning any items for refurbishment.
